Course Duration

The Course Content  (The Business Scenarios.SAP Transactional Data)

• Introduction to SCM (supply chain management)/ERP (Enterprise resource planning)
• Introduction to SAP ECC (enterprise central component) and SAP modules 
• Introduction to order processing, focusing on OTC (Order to Cash) business process. STC (sales to cash), QTC (Quotation to cash) and ITC (Inquiry to cash)
• Hands on exercises on OTC. Such as ITC (Inquiry to cash), QTC (quotation to cash) and STC (sales to cash) for a standard sales order. Which includes Sales order Creation. Delivery. Pick. Post. Bill and Document flow.
• Introduction to Production Planning module emphasis on execution only for discrete manufacturing.Only manufacturing execution process from production order creation to receiving the finished product in to storage location.
• Hands on exercise on PP01 (order type) production order execution process with warehouse management and quality management in scope. Production order creation. Release. Goods issue. Confirmation. Goods receipt.
• Introduction to procurement process in SAP PTP (procure to pay). Including release strategies and warehouse management in the scope.
• Hands on exercises on PTP. Standard purchase order (NB/UB). Goods receipt. Invoice receipt.
• Introduction to MTO (make to order) scenario within SCM along with STC, RTP(requisition to pay) and P2P (plan to produce)
• Hands on exercises on the mega scenario MTO (make to order)
• Integration touch points with Finance & Controlling, warehouse management, quality management within SCM
